Enjoy Free Shipping on Orders Over $99

Audio Exchange is delighted to offer free shipping on orders over $99 within the continental US. For orders under $99, a flat rate shipping fee of $5.95 applies.

Shipping Schedule

• Orders placed by 1pm EST Monday - Friday ship the same day.
• Orders placed after 1pm EST will ship the following business day.
• Orders placed by 12pm EST on Saturday will ship the same day.
• Orders placed after 12pm EST on Saturday or on Sunday will ship on Monday.

Please note: Due to dealer agreements with our manufacturers, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Address

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make address changes. If you are unable to accept delivery of your package as ordered, we will need to cancel your order, return the package to sender, and ask you to replace your order through our website.

Special Order Policy

Special order products are non-cancelable and non-returnable. Once an order has been placed and confirmed with the manufacturer, it cannot be modified or refunded. Please ensure that all details, including product selection, finish, and compatibility, are accurate before placing your order.

At Audio Exchange, we take great care in assisting you through the selection process to ensure your special order product meets your expectations before finalizing your purchase.

Keep the Box

We recommend keeping the shipping box or boxes for at least 30 days. It's beneficial to retain boxes for audio products throughout the product's life. Having the original box and all packing materials not only increases the trade-in value should you decide to upgrade but is also useful if you ever need to send the unit in for repair.
