Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 within the continental United States. This applies automatically to your cart at checkout for eligible orders.

Standard Shipping

For orders under $99, a flat rate of $5.95 applies for shipping within the continental United States.

Order Processing Times

Audio Exchange will ship all in-stock products during the following times:

• Orders placed before 2pm EST on business days (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 2pm EST on business days will be shipped the next business day.
• Orders placed by 12PM EST on Saturdays will be shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 12PM on Saturdays or at any time on Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday.

Please note that shipping times may vary during holiday seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship internationally due to dealer agreements with our manufacturers. We ship only within the continental United States.

Shipping Address Changes

Once an order is placed, we are unable to change the shipping address. If you cannot accept delivery at the provided address, please contact us immediately. We may need to cancel your order and ask you to place a new order with the correct address.

Packaging

We advise keeping the original packaging for at least 30 days after receiving your order. Retaining the box and packaging materials is beneficial for warranty purposes, potential returns, or if you decide to trade in your product. The original packaging can significantly enhance the product's trade-in value and is essential for safe transportation during repairs.
