The S5 Mk II features a robust and elegant design with enclosures made of extruded aluminum, 1/2-inch thick and 16-inches in diameter. The unique 3D convex shape of the top plate minimizes enclosure diffraction and breaks up vertical standing waves, while the thicker base plate with a 4-point outrigger support ensures stability and a lower noise floor.

Advanced Acoustic Engineering

At the heart of the S5 Mk II are the advanced drivers: a 1-inch Magico Diamond coated Beryllium diaphragm tweeter for extended high frequencies, a 6-inch Magico driver made of Multi-Wall carbon and Nanographene for an unparalleled midrange, and two 10-inch bass drivers with ultra-stiff aluminum cones and graphene dust caps for deep, accurate bass.
