The McIntosh MX110 is a vintage stereo tuner preamplifier that blends exceptional performance with timeless design. Manufactured from 1962-1965, this unit combines a low-distortion preamplifier with a highly sensitive FM multiplex stereo tuner, making it a sought-after piece for audiophiles and vintage audio enthusiasts. The MX110 offers a range of desirable features, including interstation noise suppression, tuning indicators, FM multiplex indicators, individual channel bass and treble controls, and an electronic phase switch—all designed to deliver a superior audio experience.
Service and Condition
This unit has been serviced by our in-house technicians. It was cleaned with Deoxit and lubricated to ensure long-term reliability. All controls, switches, and internal connections have been carefully cleaned, and the unit has been bench tested for optimal performance. Cosmetically, it is very clean with light/normal wear for its vintage, featuring a fully readable glass face with no cracks.
