This Sansui AU-717 integrated amplifier is in excellent physical and working condition. It has been fully repaired by a professional repair technician. Many parts have been replaced including capacitors and resistors. It has been internally cleaned. Both channels have been biased. All pots and switches have been cleaned with Deox-It. This amplifier looks excellent inside and out. Everything has been brought back to factory spec and the unit sounds amazing.

The AU-717 amplifier incorporates an advanced design feature which has extremely low inherent transient intermodulation distortion enabling negative feedback (necessary in traditional amplifier design but undesirable) to be reduced to the absolute minimum.
Power amplifier design too, shows a departure from tradition resulting in the elimination of DC drift.
Differential push/pull amplifier stage eliminates open-loop distortion. The driver stage is 3-stage darlington connected.
