The collection moves from polished pop and thick bass-driven grooves to smooth, late-night arrangements, offering another focused snapshot of Japan’s sophisticated 1980s sound.

Highlights include Aru Takamura’s “Koi wa saiko (I'M IN LOVE),” ONE LINE BAND’s “YOU'RE THE ONLY ONE,” and Sadistics’ breezy “ADIOS,” featuring a group whose lineup included Yukihiro Takahashi and Masayoshi Takanaka. This Japanese pressing is presented on black vinyl with a printed insert, obi strip, and cover artwork by acclaimed illustrator Hiroshi Nagai.
