Franz Waxman’s Academy Award-winning score for Billy Wilder’s Sunset Boulevard comes to vinyl for the first time. Performed by the Paramount Symphony Orchestra, the music captures the film’s noir atmosphere, tragic grandeur, and darkly satirical portrait of Hollywood through richly dramatic orchestration.
This Light in the Attic exclusive edition presents the complete 22-track program in mono on limited-edition red vinyl. The single LP is housed in a full-color jacket with a poly-lined inner sleeve, pairing Waxman’s landmark score with artwork inspired by the 1950 cinematic classic.
