Description
"Music for Nine Post Cards" is the debut album of Hiroshi Yoshimura, a pivotal figure in Japanese ambient music. This record, available in clear vinyl, is a reissue of Yoshimura's groundbreaking work, remastered from the original tapes for an unparalleled auditory experience. The album was initially created as a demo for the Hara Museum of Contemporary Art, transcending the concept of background music to become a form of environmental music. With a minimalist setup of keyboard and Fender Rhodes, Yoshimura crafted a collection of tracks that interlock with their environment, altering the listener's perception of space and time.
