Mellow Medicine – Clear Pure Vinyl LP

Mellow Medicine is the third studio album from Japanese singer-songwriter Naoko Gushima (具島直子), originally released in 1999. Its delicate, soulful vocals and richly textured arrangements blend mellow Japanese AOR, city pop, R&B, and sophisticated adult contemporary pop.

Highlights include the atmospheric “missing you,” the uplifting yet wistful “you can fly,” and the late-night sophistication of the title track. Issued for the 30th anniversary of Gushima's debut, this 2026 Japanese Pure Vinyl reissue features clear vinyl and presents all eleven album tracks.
