A Cult Classic Reimagined

Originally released on A&M Records in 1970, Seasons features an ensemble of session heavyweights including Chuck Berghofer (bass), John Pisano (guitar), Milt Holland (percussion), Paul Humphrey (drums), Emil Richards (percussion), and Herb Alpert (producer). Despite its initial lack of commercial success, the album has garnered a significant cult following, with collectors paying top dollar for rare copies.

This reissue includes new liner notes by Dave Segal, who interviews Herb Alpert and Chuck Berghofer, providing valuable insights and context to this unsung masterpiece. Segal highlights the album's enduring appeal and its significance in the broader musical landscape.
