Enjoy free shipping on orders over $99 within the continental US.
For orders under $99, a flat rate of $5.95 applies.
Orders placed by 1pm EST, Monday–Friday ship the same day.
Orders placed after 1pm EST will ship the following business day.
Orders placed by 12pm EST on Saturday will ship the same day.
Orders placed after 12pm EST on Saturday or on Sunday will ship on Monday.
Please note: we ship only within the continental US and cannot change shipping addresses once an order has been shipped.

At Audio Exchange, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days for a full refund.
Returns must be in “like new” condition. Initiate your return on our website and send items back to:

Exceptions
- Open box headphones, cartridges, and styli are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Opened in-ear headphones are non-returnable.
- Turntable cartridges or styli with a broken needle are non-returnable.
