This limited-edition collection brings together 23 memorable compositions from The Sims, The Sims 2, The Sims 3, and The Sims 4 on two metallic shiny green vinyl records.
The first side revisits the unmistakable sound of the original The Sims, featuring music by Marc Russo and Jerry Martin. Tracks such as “Now Entering,” “The Neighborhood 3,” “Groceries,” and “Mall Rat” capture the playful jazz, lounge, and shopping music that accompanied the earliest Sims neighborhoods.
Mark Mothersbaugh’s music from The Sims 2 fills the second side with familiar Create-a-Sim and building-mode selections, including “Busy Sim,” “Simsation,” and “Sim Builder.” The third side moves into Steve Jablonsky’s music for The Sims 3, while the final side presents Ilan Eshkeri’s orchestral themes from The Sims 4.
Released by Enjoy the Ride Records in partnership with Lakeshore Records and EA Music, this is the first vinyl collection to span all four main games in the series. The two records are housed inside a full-color gatefold jacket created in celebration of the franchise’s 25th anniversary.
