Hi no Ataru Basho ni Kiteyo – Japanese Import CD

Hi no Ataru Basho ni Kiteyo (日の当たる場所にきてよ, “Come to a Place in the Sun”) is the third album from Japanese alternative-pop project Uchu Nekoko (宇宙ネコ子). Originally released digitally in September 2021, this intimate seven-track collection arrived on CD in February 2022 through LOOM Records.

Blending hazy dream-pop textures, gentle vocals, and reflective indie-pop songwriting, the album follows the internationally admired Kimi no You ni Ikiretara. Crafted gradually over approximately a year and a half, its warm, wistful sound offers an inviting introduction to Japan's contemporary independent music scene.
