The live sessions from Studio 105 Charles Trenet, Musée d’Art Moderne, and Théâtre des Champs-Elysées demonstrate the limitless invention of Nathan’s solos. His fluid phrasing, distinct articulation, booming bottom register, growls, and shrieks are audible proof of his tremendous drive and furious invention. With the cooperation of the Nathan Davis Estate & INA (Institut National de l’Audiovisuel), these recordings are available on vinyl only, with no CD or digital releases planned.
